TOP OF THE MOUNTAINS CONFERENCE

Karen Strong has been married to her husband, Kirk, for 33 years. She is the mother of 7 children and grandmother of 5. She is the 8th of 10 children and enjoyed being raised as an Air Force Brat, living in various states and two foreign countries, until her father retired during her Freshman year at BYU. She served a Dutch speaking mission to the Netherlands and Belgium and completed a degree in Journalism and a Master's in Educational Leadership at BYU afterward.  She has been a full-time homemaker since marrying Kirk and counts marriage and motherhood as her greatest honors and privileges and the focus of all she does in conjunction with her faith in Christ. 

Jeremy Woolley Hoop (also credited as Jeremy Elliott) is an American actor, musician, and public speaker. He was born on January 15, 1972, in Lake Arrowhead, California. After serving a full-time mission to Uruguay for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he earned a bachelor’s degree in acting from Brigham Young University in 1998. He received numerous awards in the BYU Theater and Media Arts Department, including the national Irene Ryan Award. He has appeared in several films familiar to Latter-day Saint audiences, such as Charly, Testaments of One Fold and One Shepherd, and Ephraim’s Rescue. He did voice work for "American Prophet: The Joseph Smith Story" and had a minor role in Brigham City. 

Matt Lohmeier was a convert to Mormonism during his Freshman year of high school. He was an active member of the Salt Lake City-based LDS Church until 2015 and had served a two-year church mission to Taiwan from 2002-2004. His book Irresistible Revolution: Marxism’s Goal of Conquest & the Unmaking of the American Military was published in May 2021, at which time Matt was a respected active-duty commander in the newly formed US Space Force. Matt separated from active duty on September 1, 2021, and is now a highly sought public speaker and private consultant on matters of Marxist ideology and tactics, CRT, the betterment of military culture, and the preservation of our liberties. He and his wife Sara have two children.

Adrian Larsen was raised in the LDS church and served a mission in North Carolina. He holds degrees from BYU and Logan University of Health Sciences and runs a healthcare technology company. He expresses his passion for the restored gospel by teaching, blogging, writing and fellowshipping with likeminded believers. He studies ancient and modern Hebrew and participated in the effort that produced a Book of Mormon translation specifically targeted to the Jewish people. Adrian and his wife Tausha met at BYU and were married in the Salt Lake Temple. They are parents of seven and grandparents of four, and they love living in the Boise valley.

Denver spent a year delivering a series of 10 lectures on the restoration in 5 states, which then resulted in a book based on the ten lectures titled “Preserving the Restoration”.  Denver also worked on a series of lectures and website to advocate that Joseph Smith is a significant Christian figure, and a Christian does not need to join a Mormon congregation to find value in Joseph Smith and the Book of Mormon.  Since 2012, he has delivered a number of papers at the Sunstone Symposium in Salt Lake City and has spoken at conferences from California to North Carolina about the restored gospel.
